• Non-member Clinicians (MD, NP, PA, Nurse, etc.) (Available through October 6) – $50.00
  This registration is for our practicing healthcare team members interested in attending for educational purposes. CE will not be provided.

• Non-Sales Pharma Attendee (Available through October 13) – $150.00
