*Member/Non-Member Pharmacist & Pharma Attendees (October 2 - 22) – $150.00
Member Pharmacist (Available through October 1) – $100.00
Non-member MD, NP, PA, Nurse, etc. (Available through October 1) – $50.00
This registration is for our healthcare team members interested in attending for educational purposes. CE will not be provided.
Non-Member Pharmacist (Available through October 1) – $125.00
Pharma Attendee (Available through October 1) – $150.00
This registration type should be used for all attendees employed by a pharmaceutical company. CE will be provided for any registrants eligible for ACPE accredited CE. Please contact tnoncpharm@gmail.com if you are interested in booth sponsorship, as that is separate.

Please join us for the 7th Annual meeting of the Tennessee Oncology Pharmacists Association! We will be in the Acorn Ballroom at Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University, located at 2555 West End Avenue, Nashville, TN 37203.

Please note, we are able accommodate the first 25 registrants for the pre-TOPA dinner. As of 8/26, we have opened a wait list, which will be honored on a first come, first serve basis. Dinner will be limited to non-pharma attendees.
